What is my investment philosophy?

Take advantage of the illiquidity premium: one of the greatest risks in private alternative investments is illiquidity. But that illiquidity is also the greatest source of potential outperformance. If you’re willing to put aside a portion of your total portfolio to diversify into alternatives, that portion can work towards earning an illiquidity premium.

Marjorie Wang: CEO & CCO, Wealth Manager

I am Marjorie Wang, a seasoned Wealth Manager with a comprehensive background in finance. My past roles include Financial Analyst, Associate Financial Advisor, and Licensed Banker. Throughout my career I have attained my Series 24, Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certifications, which equip me with a deep understanding of the financial landscape.

At Wealthhouse Advisors, my goal is to provide my clients access to institutional quality investments.

Leveling up your investing: think about university endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and the greatest money managers. They have access to institutional quality funds that have minimum investments that far outpace our individual capacities. Once they achieved a certain level of wealth, they leveled up their investing to the funds that became available to them.

Diversify your financial professionals: our firm’s philosophy is to work with our clients on the portion of their portfolio allocated to private alternative investments. Our clients continue to work with their current advisors to manage the publicly traded portion of their portfolio, and they come to us for smaller, private deals in real estate, oil and gas, or venture capital.

So, whether you are looking to diversify your portfolio, generate income, or enhance your returns, I can help you find potential investment options for your individual needs.

I graduated from NYU Shanghai and in my free time, I love to learn about wine, play golf and travel the world.
